April 9 – Secondary Easter Greetings

The secondary staff team has been so encouraged as they’ve reconnected with students this week and seen great engagement with continued learning and with sharing community with one other. While we all wish we could be together at school, we feel a strong sense that we are “in this together” and that through this time, we’ll grow in new and unexpected ways.

If any student has not yet accessed their student email, please contact deb.smith@pacificchristian.ca for assistance.

If you have questions or feedback about your child’s experience, please contact lorna.herzog@pacificchristian.ca

May this Easter time be one of thankfulness that our life is defined by Christ, and not by our circumstances. As Colossians 3:1-3 puts it (from The Message):

So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective. Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life.
